Sandra Kaye Hall, age 73, of Novelty, MO, passed away Friday, August 31, 2018, at her home in Novelty, MO.
She was born January 30, 1945, in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Harvey Lyle and Mary Virginia Miller Michel. She was united in marriage to Ernie Hall June 29, 2003, near Macon, MO.
Surviving are her husband Ernie Hall of Novelty, MO, three children, Christina Lynn Behrmann of Kirksville, MO, James Michael (Jennifer) Dawson of Donnellson, IA, and Gayla Sue (Ray) Sandstrom of Novinger, MO, two step children Laura (Jack) Snelling of Kirksville, MO, and Connie Lee Hall of Columbia, MO, five grandchildren, Joseph, Courtney, Elizabeth and (Jamie), Emily and Christopher, two great grandchildren Cora and Maelie, two step grandchildren Tyler and Travis, four step great grandchildren Tucker, Scarlett, Mika and Bristol, two brothers, Randy (Sandy) Michel and David Michel both of LaBelle, MO and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Harvey Lyle and Mary Virginia Michel, grandparents, sister-in-law Betty Michel and step father Clyde.
Sandra graduated from LaBelle High School. She was a housewife and homemaker. She and her husband have lived in Novelty since 1996. She was a member of the LaBelle Christian Church.
Sandra loved gardening, flowers, plants, embroidery, cooking, canning, traveling, shopping and Christmas. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, September 6, 2018, in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO. Reverend Reese Blaine will officiate the services. Burial will be in the Novelty Cemetery.
Musical selections will be Wind Beneath My Wings, Jealous Of The angels and Go Rest High On That Mountain.
Casket bearers will be Andy Michel, David Hatfield, Mike Peavler, Leroy Cardwell, Patrick Gibbons and Jack Snelling. Honorary bearers will be J.C. Jones and J.W. Jones.
Visitation will be held after 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018, with family receiving friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.
Memorials may be made to the Novelty Cemetery or Charity of the Donor's Choice. Memorials may be left at or mailed to Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1, Edina, MO, 63537.
