Richard Andrew Dale Howe, age 17, of Edina, MO, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019.  He was born June 15, 2002, in Kirksville, MO the son of Kelly Brogan and Tina Howe.  Andrew received his education in Knox County and was currently a Senior.  Andrew had worked at J & R Truck repair in Baring, MO and was presently working at Stoner Construction.  He loved welding, hunting, fishing, football, baseball, bow hunting, FFA and Trap Shooting at school with his achievement of being top 10.  But his favorite was riding bulls and breaking horses.

He is survived by his girlfriend Taylor Durham, mother Tina Howe and father Kelly Brogan and his grandparents who raised him, Donald and Debra Howe of Edina.  Also surviving are his great grandfather Richard Janzen of California, two sisters, Audrey Howe and boyfriend Joe Detweiler of Jamesport, MO, and Lindsey Howe of Edina, MO, one brother Virgil Dale Libby of Perry, MO, two uncles, Ronnie and J.R. Howe of Baring, MO, and one aunt Kelly Howe of Gibbs, MO, along with one great-uncle Virgil Howe and Toni of Virginia Beach, VA, several cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Memorial services will be held, 1 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2019, in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.  Speaking at the services will be Michael Stauffer.

Bearers will be Dale Libby and J.R. Howe.  Honorary bearers will be Daniel Birky, Dalton Hocker, Cole Kelsall, Justin Bradshaw, John Phillips and Sam Stoner.

Family will receive friends Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 11 a.m. till time of services at 1 p.m. in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.
