Pamela Hibbs Hamlin, age 50 passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016, at her home in Leavenworth, KS with her family be her side.
She was born March 10, 1966, in Parsons, KS, to Joseph Hibbs Sr. and Eleanor Hibbs Moots.
On March 25, 1989, in Hurdland, MO, she was united in marriage to Darrell Hamlin.
Surviving are her husband Darrell Hamlin, of Leavenworth, KS, daughter Erica Hamlin of Leavenworth, KS, son Andrew Hamlin and wife Jamie of Guam, grandchildren Caleb, Isaiah and Abigail, step-grandchildren, Korey, Leland and Charlene, her mother Eleanor Moots of Kansas City, MO, sister Kathy (Ron) White of Gibbs, MO, brothers Joseph Hibbs, Jr. of Leavenworth, KS and brothers Steven Hibbs and Jacob Moots both of Kansas City, MO, father and mother in-law James and Kathy Hamlin of Hurdland, MO, brother-in-law J.B. (Valerie) Hamlin of Kirksville, MO, sister-in-law Tara Hamlin of Hurdland, MO and several nieces and nephews.
Pam was preceded in death by her father Joseph Hibbs, her step-father Leonard Moots, her brother Ronald Moots, one nephew, and maternal and paternal grandparents. Pam lived in Hurdland and Gibbs area before moving to Leavenworth, KS.
Pam was a 1984 graduate of Perry Lecompton High School in Perry, KS. She received her Associate's Degree in accounting from Moberly Area Community College in Moberly, MO in 2002.
