Norma Jean Shugart, 84, of Decatur passed away Monday, July 14, in St Mary's Hospital in Decatur.
Norma was born April 14, 1930 in Fall Creek Township Adams County, IL. The daughter of Joseph Arnett and Jeanette Goodwin. Norma married Robert Dale Shugart in LaBelle Mo on Jan 13, 1951, and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Norma was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and great Grandmother. She also loved and cared for her two pets Salena and Max. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her Sister Josephine Waller of Hannibal Mo. Her three sons, Robert Jr wife Cindy, Gary wife Wendy, Jeff Wife Teena. 8 grandchildren, Kristina, Jennifer, Chad, Ryan, Robert III, Christopher, Matthew and Zachary. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Service and Interment will be at a later date in Labelle MO under the direction of the Coder Funeral chapel in LaBelle, MO.
