Michael Joseph Green, age 73, of Edina, MO passed away Friday, December 17, 2021, in Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, MO.  He was born August 3, 1948, in Quincy, IL, the son of Lee Maxwell and Agnes Merle Witherow Green.

Michael received his education in Louisiana.  He was employed in road and bridge construction and demolition.  He had worked at Steel Smith Tank in Bethel, MO and Knox County Road and Bridge where he maintained equipment and roadways.  He was also employed with bureau of the census for Knox County.  He enjoyed art when he was younger, refinished furniture, enjoyed gardening, cooking, history, reading and archeology.

Surviving are one son Joshua Michael Roland of Kirksville, MO, one sister Barbara (Michael) Boyd of Texas, and several cousins.  He was preceded in death by his cousins.

Michael will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.  Burial will be held later in the Linville Cemetery.
