Obituary

Mary Ann Kimble of Sedalia, Missouri formerly of Baring, Missouri passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  Mary Ann was born July 1, 1958 in Kirksville, Missouri to Dr. Richard M. and Margaret Ann (Beatty) Kimble.  She attended Baring Elementary before moving with family to St. Louis, Maryland Heights area where she attended school.  She then moved with family to Sedalia, Missouri and eventually attended and graduated from Jefferson City High School in 1976.  While attending high school Mary Ann was a member of the Jays Tennis team.

Mary Ann was united in marriage to Matthew Clark in 1984.  They moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area where they were blessed with a daughter, Hope Danielle.  After a subsequent divorce Mary Ann and daughter returned to her roots on the family farm in Baring, Missouri.

Mary Ann forever had a soft spot for animals having had numerous cats and dogs over her lifetime.  She was also a loyal friend to many.  In her friends and family's words, she served as their "bodyguard" while growing up in elementary and middle school.

Mary Ann will be missed by family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother Ann, father Richard, brother Mike, sister Martha Jane and daughter Hope. She is survived her sister Susan Kimble Wilson (husband Chris) of Kirksville, Missouri and brother Bert Kimble (wife Marilyn) of Jefferson City, Missouri, grandson Giovanni Taranto, son-in-law Michael Taranto of Deltona, Florida, sister-in-law Jan Kimble of Belton, Missouri, niece Carine Kimble McNamara (husband Shaun) of Kansas City, Missouri, nephews Tristan Kimble Warren, Aidan Warren, Owen Warren of Kirksville, Missouri, niece Lyric Warren of Kirksville, Missouri, niece Kori Kimble Anderson (husband Erik) of Jefferson City, Missouri, nephew Nicholas Scott Kimble (wife Sarah) of Jefferson City, Missouri as well as great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.

Mary Ann was cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. June 29, 2019 at Baring Country Club Clubhouse.  Friends and family are invited and encouraged to attend.
