Lillie May Knoles, age 82, of LaBelle, MO, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015, in the Country Aire Retirement Estates in Lewistown, MO.
She was born in Missouri on November 18, 1932, the daughter of Clark and Lillie Augnes Harren.
She was united in marriage to William Cecil Knoles in 1950, in Kansas City, MO and he preceded her in death. Lillie was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother Claude Harren and two sisters Jean Hodson and Ruth Winkler.
Surviving are two children, Clark Chrisman and wife Debbie of Donavon, MO and Barbara Lewis and husband Darvin of LaBelle, MO, seven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lillie attended schools in Callao, MO and was employed for twenty-five years with Hormel in California. She moved to Sigsbee, MO and later to Macon, MO where she was employed as an OATS Bus driver for several years. For the past five years she has resided in LaBelle, MO.
Lillie enjoyed quilting and embroidering and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015, in the Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle, MO. Pastor Larry Chatfield will officiate the services. Burial will be in the LaBelle Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Matthew Chatfield, Douglas Chatfield, Jacob Lewis, John Lewis, Daniel Lewis and Isaac Lewis.
Visitation will be held from 10 am Wednesday, January 28, 2015, till time of services at 11 am in the Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle, MO.
