Kathryn M. Sanderson, age 78, of Edina, MO, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018, in Kirksville Manor Care center in Kirksville, MO.

She was born at Rolla, MO, May 11, 1940, the daughter of Lloyd Vernon and Frieda Marie Hanley Sanderson.

Kathryn received her education in Knox County, MO.  She was engaged with her family in farming northeast of Edina, MO.  Kathryn enjoyed bicycling, working on the farm and visiting friends.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Surviving are several cousins and a close friend Roger Parton of Edina, MO.  Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, John Ivan Sanderson and Joseph Glen Sanderson.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2018, in the Linville Cemetery.  Reverend Paul Milliken will officiate the services.

Visitation will be held from 8 am to 10 am Monday, June 4, 2018, in Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.  Memorials are suggested to the Funeral Home to be designated later.  Memorials may be left at or mailed to Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1, Edina, MO, 63537.
