Joe Lewis, 91, of Coeur D' Alene, Idaho and former Carson, Iowa resident passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Life Care Center in Coeur D' Alene. Joe's wishes were to be cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date with military honors in Carson with burial of cremains at the Carson Cemetery. Loess Hills Funeral and Cremation Center in Carson is handling the arrangements. Joe and his family are former Knox County residents.
