Jerry Lee Dutton DO, F.A.O.C.I
Aug. 1, 2014. Dr. Jerry Lee Dutton passed away peacefully at NW Medical Center, Tucson, AZ surrounded by family who loved him. Born Oct. 14, 1944 in Bethel, Missouri, the son of Dr. Howard and Lucille Dutton. He spent the majority of his 42 year career in Flint, MI, retired to Cape Coral, FL and then to Tucson, Az. Jerry graduated from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Mo. He served two years as a captain during the Vietnamese
War before settling his family in MI. Adventurous and creative, Jerry enjoyed travelling, gourmet cooking, collecting art, and exploring different cultures. Hobbies like scuba, snow skiing, sailing and hiking took him to
remote places throughout the world. Dr. Dutton is survived by his wife, Janet Mach Dutton, his brother, Richard Dutton, his six children: Gretchen Pai, Todd Dutton, Robin Vandenbos, Scott Barnes, Kristin Barnes, Gregory Barnes, eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Memorial services will be held on June 24th, 11:00 A.M. at Cherry Box Cemetery, Cherry Box, Missouri. The Rev. Matthew Dutton-Gillett officiating.
