Janice Paula (Swearingen) McKee, 74, Kearney, MO, went Home to her Lord on January 12, 2017, in Excelsior Springs, MO.

Janice is survived by two daughters: Paula Bradshaw and Merle Klocke, Brashear, MO; and Lori Pollard, and husband Darrin, Lawson, MO.  She has four grandchildren: Ryan Parsons and Annie Rice, Excelsior Springs, MO; Nickolas Bradshaw and Erin Bradshaw, Brashear, MO; and Kynlee Pollard, Lawson, MO.  She has two step grandchildren: Ashley Pollard and Zach Pollard, Homer, NE, and two step great grandchildren: Jaycee Henry and Maddox Arreola, Homer, NE.  Janice is survived by her sister, Linda Hunter and husband, Carroll, Kansas City, MO and her brother, Don Eyler and wife Kay, The Villages, Florida.  She also leaves behind many cherished friends and extended family members.

Her husband, Glen McKee, and her parents, John P. Swearingen and George and Doris Eyler, preceded her in their journey Home.

Janice was strong in her faith and enjoyed sharing about her relationship with Jesus with everyone she met.  Her family and friends miss her dearly, but know that we are all on a journey; and her family has "instructed" her to save them a "good place" in Heaven, for they will all be reunited one day.
