Dixie Lee Snell, age 78, of Edina, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018, in the Knox County Nursing Home.

She was born December 8, 1939, in Kirksville, MO, the daughter of Charley B. and Bernice Frances March Snell.

Dixie lived her entire life in Knox County where she received her education.  She enjoyed reading, walking, bible study and music especially the Gaither's.  Dixie was a member of the Baptist Church in Edina.  Dixie is survived by cousins including Robert March of Clayton, IL.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a cousin Blanche Queen.

Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday, April 28, 2018, in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.  Reverend John Bode will officiate the services.  Burial will be in the Linville Cemetery.

Musical selections will be Because He Lives and To God Be The Glory.

Visitation will be held after 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018, in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.
