Diane Patricia Schrage, age 82, of Edina, MO passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, MO.   She was born in Paris, IL on July 23, 1942, the daughter of Rex M. and Freda Ione Walsh Mauzy.   She was united in marriage to Larry Schrage on February 14, 1975 in Farmington, IA.   Diane received her education in Oakland, IL. where she resided until 1967 when she moved to Knox County.    Diane worked at Marbles Ready Mix, J. Burdman's Auto Parts, Kirksville Savings and Loan and owned and operated Schrage's Christmas Tree Farm with her husband.   Diane enjoyed traveling, going to the Casino at LaGrange and spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are her husband Larry Schrage of Edina, MO, one son Jeff Behrmann of Kirksville, MO, two grandchildren, Joe Behrmann of Kirksville, MO, and Kyle Behrmann of Kansas City, MO, one great grandchild Carter Behrmann of Kansas City, MO, one brother Kent Mauzy of Sherman, IL, one sister Kay (Stanley) Bowen of Novelty, MO, and several nieces and nephews.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Thomas C. Mauzy and one sister Sandra Lynn Easton.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 18, 2024, in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.   Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. noon and services will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.   Officiating the services will be Reverend Doug Wilson.

Burial will be in the Linville Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Joe Behrmann, Kyle Behrmann, Jason Barnhill, Josh Bowen, Todd Bowen and Brandon Mauzy.  Honorary bearers will be Gary Schrage, Tim Schrage and Ryan Mauzy.
