Deborah dedicated her life to caring for others as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), serving with compassion and commitment at nursing homes such as Willow Care and Beth Haven.  Her tireless work ethic and genuine care left a lasting impression on her colleagues and the many lives she touched throughout her career.

Family was a cornerstone of Deborah's life.  She is survived by her children; Tanesha, Skenikwa, Tri'Vale and Tri'Nale; her daughter-in-law Kayla, and her treasured grandchildren, DaRell, DaMarion, DaTravion, Leilahnie, Lynnsleigh, DaVyne, DaeLee, Leiklynn and La'Vale.  She also leaves behind her fiancé Lester Woods of Quincy, IL, her sisters Mary, Pennie, Jeannie, Ruby (Gregory), and Rachel (Michael), her brother Frank (Sara), her aunts, Louella and Kathryn, her uncle Arthur, and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Doris and Harry.

Known for her vibrant personality and sharp wit, Deborah had a unique way of making everyone feel valued often humorously calling out multiple names before landing on the right one.  She found joy in the simple pleasures such as coloring and playing solitaire to relax, throwing darts with her sister and shopping at Family Dollar for hidden treasures.

Deborah's legacy is one of love, resilience and authenticity.  She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose warmth and honesty endeared her to all who knew her.  Her laughter and wisdom will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
