Deanne Perry, age 71, of Novelty, MO passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026 in the Knox County Nursing Home in Edina, MO.
She was born February 11, 1955, in Kirksville, MO the daughter of Dean Warson and Margie May Blaine DeRosear.
She was united in marriage to Randy Perry on June 21, 1981 in Baring, MO.
Deanne graduated from Knox County High School and attended three years at Northeast Missouri State University now (Truman State University) in Kirksville, MO.
Deanne worked most of her life in the family business DeRosear’s Floral and Gifts in Edina. She also worked for a couple of years as a teacher’s aide at Knox County High School in Edina. Deanne and her husband Randy lived on a farm west of Novelty, MO where she was active in all aspects of the farming operation. Deanne enjoyed reading and drawing and the time spent with family and friends. She was a member of the Edina First Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband Randy Perry of Novelty, MO, two children Robert Warren Perry of Columbia, MO, and Angela Blaine (Austin) Martin of Kirksville, MO, one granddaughter Ruby May Martin, one sister Dr. Lori DeRosear of Ashville, NC, her mother-in-law Betty Perry of Edina, MO, and several cousins.
Deanne was preceded in death by her parents Dean and Margie DeRosear and her father-in-law Gerald Perry.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 28th in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday and services will begin at 12 noon at the funeral home. Reverend Reese Blaine will officiate the services. Burial will be in the Novelty Cemetery.
Musical selections will be Wind Beneath My Wings and In The Garden.
Casket bearers will be Robert Perry, Austin Martin, Bill Wilkerson, Joshlin Yoder, Jordan Yoder and Randy Redding.
Memorials are suggested to the Novelty Cemetery. Memorials may be left at or mailed to Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1, Edina, Mo 63537.
