Charles Larry Ledbetter, age 79, of LaBelle, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at his home. He was born November 25, 1942, the son of Jay Orr and Delora Rose Fountain Ledbetter.

He was united in marriage to Donna Faye Parrish Ledbetter on September 11, 1961, in LaBelle, MO and she preceded him in death on February 3, 2020.

Surviving are three children, Tammy Parrish of Quincy, IL, Cindy Shehadeh of Quincy, IL, and Billy (Nicole) Ledbetter of LaBelle, MO, nine grandchildren, Tyler, Bryson (Isabella), Alex, Cody, Bailey, Baxter, Kayden, Aubrey, and Tucker.

Along with his wife he was preceded in death by his parents, one son Rick Ledbetter, and a sister Janine Bradley.

Larry received his education in the LaBelle High School. He joined the US Air Force after high school where he served in Vietnam. He was an avid farmer and enjoyed sharing his love for livestock with his grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle, MO.

Visitation will begin at 5 pm and end at 7 pm with a short prayer and service. Pastor Paul Harvey will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.
