Barbara Jane Currier of Edina, MO, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016, in the Knox County Nursing Home in Edina, MO.
She was born January 4, 1928, in Syracuse, NY, the daughter of Everett Lee and Erma Church.
She was united in marriage to Robert James Currier July 20, 1946, and he preceded her in death in 1994.
She is survived by her daughter Sheree Glasscock and husband Gary of Baring, MO. Mrs. Currier has resided at the Knox County Nursing Home since July 2015.
Mom has come to the end of her journey. She and I have shared the words of love and gratitude, and know it is time to be free. I am because we are.
There will be no services burial will be held at a later date in New York. Local arrangements are under the direction of the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.
